You’re looking at a set of custom painted Neca mirage 2013 KO set. Mostly dry brushed to bring out details. These are one of the better knock offs not the most recent ones of lower quality. The weapons are unpainted to keep the price a bit lower because the turtles took a very long time to paint. Painted with game color Vallejo acrylics. Sealed with a matte coate to prevent wear. If you’d like the weapons painted it’ll be an additional $50.
