Lovely baby blue painted sterling silver sash buckle. The Victorian design is full of small blue petal flowers with yellow centers and billows of sweeping cartouche swirls. Paint is in fair condition with some missing on the petals and throughout the piece. Buckle is very solid in construction. A belt or a ribbon would be threaded through the center and worn around the waist. These can also be worn as an adjuster with use of a pronged buckle.

Acid tests positive for sterling silver.
Buckle measures 3 inches long and 1 and 1/4 of an inch wide.
