LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for an Account Manager in Richmond, CA.

This position does not have direct reports and will be managing multiple accounts.

Richmond, CA | Full-Time

Compensation: $24 to $28/hour

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Richmond, CA. This role will focus on managing multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring strong relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. While this position does not include direct reports, it requires leadership in managing client expectations, providing updates, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for multiple accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.

• Monitor account activity and provide regular updates on statuses, progress, and deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

• Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of account management or client-facing experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
