Job Details

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate new business partnerships and opportunities.
• Supervise engineering staff, ensuring goal alignment and performance excellence.
• Possess a Professional Engineering License (NJ minimum), with coastal permitting and municipal experience being advantageous.
