Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented EDI Analyst with strong expertise in EDI and CXML integrations to support a large-scale customer migration project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience migrating customers from one system to another, managing onboarding timelines, configuring and validating data, and ensuring smooth integration processes. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end customer migration process from one platform to another.
• Lead EDI and CXML integrations, ensuring accurate setup, configuration, and testing.
• Manage and monitor customer onboarding timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a primary liaison for customer communication during migration and integration activities.
• Analyze, map, and configure data to meet system and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, integration specifications, and status updates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience performing customer migrations between systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with EDI and CXML integrations.
• Ability to manage and track onboarding timelines effectively.
• Excellent data analysis and configuration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
