**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Payment Solutions Analyst to join our Foreign Exchange (FX) Payments team. The FX Payment Solutions Analyst will partner closely with the Payment Solutions Sales, Commercial FX, and Corporate FX coverage teams to understand the drivers of the FX Payments business. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data and materials to support the FX Payment Solutions Sales team internally and with clients.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Participate in maintaining and building existing business relationships with assigned accounts while developing new business in a defined sales territory or segment
+ Assist with identifying target clients through data research and prepare materials for presentation to clients and internal partners, in partnership with coverage teams
+ Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
+ Exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables within the Foreign Exchange Sales functional area
+ Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the Foreign Exchange Payment Sales functional area, including policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with Foreign Exchange Sales colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including both internal and external customers
+ Provide daily analytical support to the FX Payment Sales team for internal initiatives aimed at driving the business forward-this may include regularly scheduled or ad hoc reporting
+ Develop client pitch materials by leveraging internal and external marketing resources as needed
+ Learn the FX payments business and, with the team, help create differentiated, timely, and effective content for clients
+ Maintain consistent, professional, and value-added support
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ months of Foreign Exchange Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and Excel data analytics
+ Experience working with large data sets and identifying opportunities
+ Strong interest in financial markets, foreign currencies, and payments
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
+ Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
+ Strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to learn
**Job Expectations:**
+ Occasional travel as needed (up to 20%)
+ Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. **Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$55,300.00 - $118,000.00
