Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions. This is a permanent, full-time position that will require you to represent our clients in a wide range of civil litigation disputes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for justice. You will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including conducting research, managing litigation cases from inception through trial, and providing legal counsel to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using both online and print legal research tools.
4. Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
5. Provide sound legal advice to clients on a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance disputes and personal injury claims.
6. Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client's specific needs and goals.
7. Collaborate with legal team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to each case.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
3. Licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Proven experience in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions.
5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, delivering results efficiently.
