Job Title: Japanese Translator

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: $20/hr (W2)

Duration: 2 Month Contract

Job Description:

Hours: 9pm-5am Submit talent in Eastern or Central time zones only.
Looking for IMMEDIATE translator to transition to representative role
Equipment needed:
Laptop or PC in good working condition, good internet, 2 monitors, headset must be able to support Windows 10 and be able to download software. NO MAC computers

Onboarding:

*Education and Employment verifications are NOT required- waived by client*

THC not required as part of drug screening, test all others
HS/and College background -REQUIRED for talent submission

Overview:
Provides front-line customer service support via phone to all internal and external customers. The company is an inventory solutions provider that offers scanners and access points to retail clients so they can conduct self-scan inventory. Customers call into the Help Desk with various questions about equipment setup and using the reporting dashboard. We guide clients through the setup and inventory process as needed and assist them with any questions they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
• Assists customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
• Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with customer.
• Prepares and enters required client information/requests into departments database to document customer interaction and resolution.
• Works under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
• Directs callers to appropriate resources
• Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and College background REQUIRED
• Light IT background a MUST
• 1 YR. customer service experience a MUST
• Excellent communications skills.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Windows environment. (Knows what a "C" drive is)
• Worked remote previously a MUST
• Spanish helpful
• Flexible availability (especially weekends) a MUST

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently without distractions
