We are seeking a dedicated
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in achieving its vision and strategies while upholding the highest ethical and quality standards in healthcare services.

Administrator Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License
As an Administrator, you will: - Oversee the provision of high-quality care and ensure the facility operates at full capacity.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to establish our facility as the top choice in the community.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring all teams understand the importance of their roles in delivering exceptional resident care.
