Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager , the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency initiatives. This leader will play a key role in scaling production to meet ambitious business goals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production operations to meet safety, quality, volume, and cost objectives
• Champion a strong culture of safety, employee engagement, and operational excellence
• Drive workforce development through training, mentoring, and performance management
• Collaborate with Plant and Senior Leadership on implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Oversee production forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on manufacturing leadership experience)
• Proven success leading large-scale production teams within manufacturing (175+ employees)
• Automation experience is highly desirable
• Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
