Overview The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Account Manager, reporting to the Director, Search, will be responsible for managing client SEM accounts as part of Audacy’s centralized revenue operations Search team. This individual will build, monitor, and analyze clients' digital PPC advertising campaigns regularly, serving as the primary contact with the sales team and vendors. They will provide strategic recommendations to ensure campaign success, with day-to-day oversight from the Team Lead, Search Engine Marketing. This role is open to remote work in any of Audacy's 48 markets. Please note: This is a pipeline posting. Responsibilities Utilize tools to provide accurate budget estimates of campaign potential to the sales team. Design and implement keywords, text ads, and account structure to maximize performance. Optimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices. Perform budget adjustments to ensure proper spending throughout the campaign lifespan. Analyze account performance and communicate upsell potential to sales. Qualifications Required & Preferred: BS/BA degree or relevant experience. Experience with paid search or digital media advertising preferred. Proficiency with keyword research tools and SEM campaign setup/expansion. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. Strong analytical and communication skills. Google Ads certification; Google Shopping experience is a plus. Experience with digital order platforms like Wide Orbit or TapClicks is a plus. Additional Information The starting salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
