Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail oriented temporary Test Proctors to augment our clients' staff to implement tactical testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of examinations, providing support to testers and management team while maintaining a secure testing environment. Notation of Work Environment: Proctors will work outside in the heat or rain on their feet all day each day. There is no shade cover. Work Hours: The approximate work hours will be from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm each day. Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the client to administer tests.
• Work closely in a collaborative team and must be flexible to change direction or assignments upon request.
• Strong attention to details to review data/testing material.
• Must be able to follow directions given by the client and not change the direction of tasks.
• May serve at the registration desk to sign in testers.
• High level of professionalism is required in communicating with Project Lead, Testers and Senior Management staff.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree or some college is highly preferred.
• 2+ years as a Test Proctor, preferred.
• Excellent administrative skills and customer service orientation.
• Keen attention to details, both written and verbal.
• Excellent listening and follow-through skills.
• Excellent judgement and ability to learn quickly without continuous direction.
• Must be a quick learner and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate with the team effectively.
• Must be able to bend, stand on feet and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
