Finance Manager - Note: "Send responses to us through email only—no phone calls" Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle financial operations including AR/AP, cash flow, and P&L management Build detailed budgets and rolling forecasts tied to sales, inventory, trade shows, and capital investment Implement margin tracking per product category and customer segment Drive cost-cutting initiatives across departments to improve profitability Oversee financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance Advise on wholesale pricing strategy, commissions, and buying group agreements Lead inventory valuation analysis and coordinate closely with inventory control Manage relationships with banks, accountants, and auditors Support M&A activity or fundraising, if applicable Build and lead a lean finance team (internal or outsourced) Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA or MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in finance, ideally in wholesale, manufacturing, or luxury goods Experience scaling a mid-size company or working in a high-growth environment Deep knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow management, and cost accounting Familiar with ERP systems and inventory accounting Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills High integrity, discretion, and attention to confidentiality Preferred Experience Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods Exposure to international operations (India, Dubai, Canada) Familiarity with trade show budgeting and ROI tracking
