This Human Resources Summer Associate Internship is an 11-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll spend time learning from our Benefits, Compensation and Payroll experts. You'll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects that focus on benefits administration, compensation structure, and payroll practices. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experiences, and have a little bit of fun too!

Recruitment Timeline Expectations
September - October 20th: Accepting applications
Early October through Early November: Video interviews conducted
Mid November through Early December: Formal interviews conducted
Mid December: Offers extended

Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2026 for approximately 11 weeks with minimal absence
